Scott Augenstein
Scott’s healthcare experience includes consulting, corporate strategy, business development and product management. He has worked in the therapeutic areas of Endocrinology, Gastrointestinal, CNS, Cardiovascular, Infectious Disease as well as in the Medical Devices industry. Scott has closed numerous financial transactions and led engagements including market/product planning and consumer strategies. Scott’s recent projects include valuation of a potential licensing candidate, commercial and regulatory scenario planning for a new indication launch, and creation of a long-term market development strategy for a blockbuster drug.
Prior to Cofactor Group, Scott held senior executive positions at InnMedia and Neoforma. He was also a member of the Health Care Consulting Practice at Arthur D. Little and a Senior Product Manager at Dynal Biotech. His education includes an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.S. in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Jeremy Bradford
Jeremy’s healthcare experience includes both management consulting and R&D. He has worked in the therapeutic areas of Gastrointestinal, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, CNS and Oncology. Jeremy's recent engagements include a global development and commercialization strategy for an early stage product, a market penetration strategy for a recently launched brand, and a market opportunity assessment for a therapeutic area team. In addition, he has substantial experience in product forecasting.
Prior to Cofactor Group, he was a member of the Health Care Consulting Practice at Arthur D. Little and a Research Associate at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics. Jeremy holds an M.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and an A.B. in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.
Michael Lamb
Michael’s healthcare experience includes management consulting, brand planning and R&D. He has worked in the therapeutic areas of Gastrointestinal, CNS, Cardiovascular, Oncology and Infectious Diseases. Michael’s recent engagements include development of a launch strategy for a Phase III product, creation of an aggressive managed markets strategy for a blockbuster brand and leadership of a market segmentation analysis to support product commercial strategy development.
Prior to Cofactor Group, Michael was a member of the Arthur D. Little Health Care Consulting Practice and was the CFO for an industrial equipment supplier. His education includes an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of Arizona and a B.A. in Chemistry from Arizona State University.
Chris Watson
Chris’s healthcare experience includes both management consulting and managed care. He has worked in a number of therapeutic areas including Cardiovascular, Gastrointestinal, Respiratory, Infectious Disease and Medical Devices. Chris’s recent engagements include a long-term market scenario & strategy development project, a managed care strategy for a blockbuster brand, and analysis & strategic advice for a firm evaluating multiple acquisition opportunities.
Prior to Cofactor Group, Chris was with the Arthur D. Little Health Care Consulting Practice and a Product Manager with Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield. His education includes a B.S. in Marketing from Georgetown University.
